With the rising interest of in-situ remediation techniques, GeoTek has led the way in the application of bioremediation and injection materials. No matter what size your job is or the material you are trying to inject into the ground, we have the equipment and expertise to handle the job. Our wide array of tooling can handle all of your pressure and temperature needs for a variety of remediation compounds.
GS500 & GS2000
Hydraulically-driven single and dual piston pumps used in the application of high viscosity materials. The GS2000 can deliver grouts or remediation fluids at a rate of 3.6 GPM with pressures up to 1850 PSI. Ideal for HRC®, ORC®, Vegetable Oils or even injecting into tougher lithology when you might need some extra pump pressure. |
|
DP800
The DP800 utilizes a shaft driven triple diaphragm pump to inject high volume/medium viscosity chemicals. Delivery rates are considerably higher than the GS series machines and can pump at rates up to 8 GPM with pressures up to 650 PSI. The internal components of this machine are designed to withstand harsh oxidants such as permanganates. |
|
Grout King
For larger mixing projects, the Grout King is ideal. With a 65 gallon hopper and the ability to mix and pump up to 400 gallons of product an hour with pressures up to 300 PSI, this is the workhorse of the bunch. Whether you’re mixing ORC®, concrete or bentonite this machine is cone shaped so that everything that goes into the hopper goes into the pump. |

Pressure-Activated Injection Probe
The Pressure-Activated Injection Probe allows for either top-down or bottom-up injection of remediation materials. Unlike conventional injection methods, the Pressure-Activated Injection Probe ensures accurate placement of the material into the intended injection interval. The probe also features a backflow preventer, keeping injection material IN the ground and not ON the ground. The unique internal spool design of this probe insures that the injection ports do not clog with soil.
Advantages
• |
For top-down or bottom-up injection |
• |
Lateral injection ports insure accurate placement of injection materials |
• |
No expendable points to leave in the ground |
• |
Proven to work with ORC®, HRC®, permanganates, peroxides, acids, and other remediation materials |

Featured Products
Oxygen Release Compound (ORC®)
Specifically designed for the treatment of petroleum based hydrocarbon contamination or any aerobically degradable substance in the groundwater environment.
Advantages
• |
Slow release of molecular oxygen to support aerobic microbial activity |
• |
Clean, low-cost, non-disruptive application (direct-push or socks) |
• |
Non-hazardous, food grade product |
• |
Once in the aquifer, ORC particles will sorb to or reside in the soil matrix and slowly release oxygen for periods of up to 1 year |
• |
Faster and often lower cost than drawn out natural attenuation approaches |
|
|
Hydrogen Release Compound (HRC®)
Specifically designed for the treatment of chlorinated solvent based contamination or any aerobically degradable substance in the groundwater environment.
Advantages
• |
Slow release of lactic acid to support anerobic microbial activity and produce hydrogen for reductive dechlorination |
• |
Non-hazardous, food grade product |
• |
Once in the subsurface, HRC will reside within the soil matrix fueling reductive dechlorination for up to 18 months |
• |
Faster and often lower cost than drawn out natural attenuation approaches |
